As someone who enjoys making shopping more than just a trip to the frozen food section, I'm in touch with new, unique, and interesting foods. As someone who loves cooking, I take the time to learn about ingredients. And as someone in tune with the happenings in agriculture, I make sense of issues surrounding food production.
